First and foremost, we sincerely hope you and your families are well, as the most important things at this time are our health and our ability to take care of our families. As you are aware, the health pandemic caused by the Covid-19 virus has presented many challenges to both our daily life and businesses: the future of travel now looks very different.

As the world adjusts to new travel norms and expectations, we are preparing to welcome back our friends of Cara Hotels and regular guests, as well as greeting new customers. Your concerns at this particular time are also our concerns;

therefore, we would like to share with you our new health, safety, and cleanliness protocols, as we continue to ensure the safeguard and well-being of both our guests and employees.

Across every area of our operation, starting from entering the hotel through to reception, food and beverage, guest rooms, and public areas, we have made health and safety our priority. We have already implemented new measures that offer our guests and employees as much peace of mind as is possible, whilst at the same time paying close attention to the instructions relating to travel and safety given by international health organizations as well as the guidance instructions relating to travel and safety given by international health organizations and local authorities.

Some of the new procedures and safety guarantees that we have already or will implement include, but are not limited to, the following:
